    Thank you to the Pirate Priest that gave me the push to reach legend. I can officially cleanse my deck slots of cancer.

    I know my opponent is Priest from the little bit of portrait and HP seen here but, why not just tell me what class I'm playing against without making me squint for clues?

    TIL there are no 11 mana minions in standard

    Devolving missiles is some of the most unfun game design combined with incredible lack of balance I've seen in this game

    Posted: 14 May 2021 01:21 PM PDT

    Oh do you wanna run cool effects in your deck? Any cool keywords you wanna try? Wanna play buffs? Playing against a no minion mage that wants to burn you out so you ramp up the pressure on board? Well don't worry, your choices are literally meaningless! For 1 mana your opponent gets to effectively assassinate your minion and give you a 1/1 as payment. And don't worry, the card will commonly be played 3 times in a match, occasionally more because random card generation is drawing from a fairly targeted pool. By far the most efficient removal (silence and assassinate combined, at the cost of summoning a 1/1) in the game, the risk being like 1 in 30 times the opponent keeps their interesting minion as was. Even if it became revolving missiles the card would be busted and ruin all buff decks and allow mage to easily push through taunt.

    It's quite surprising how the nerfs changed practically nothing honestly.

    Would you like an expansion about the Naga and queen Azshara?

    Posted: 14 May 2021 11:09 AM PDT

    We see very few nagas and have few nagas cards so why not make an expansion about them?

    I reached Wild Top 10 with F2P for 2 months

    I reached Wild Top 10 with F2P for 2 months

    So, after 5 years of playing, I finally reached top 10, with a f2p account, of all things. Because the story is quite long and I don't want to explain in detail, here's a tl;dr:

    made an account last year to play wild; got the free Pirate Warrior they gave at the time and stopped playing right after; returned last month, pushed legend and finished top 20; reached top 10 today

    Some notes of my run so far:

    - Although I made the account last year, I've played actively for 30 days, so the account was quite close to being fresh when I started.

    - Reaching legend wasn't as grindy as one may think. It took me less than 100 games with 0 extra stars, playing only pwar.

    - Played around 400 games in total, most of them with Handbuff Paladin. This season, I played ~35 games.

    - The game's quite more generous than before. You earn so much gold and packs through quests, laddering and apprenticeship (which I skipped btw), that building a viable deck while being f2p is more than doable.

    - Wild is a fun experience. The community is full of (mostly) friendly players + decks and cards from years ago can still be viable. Way better than standard, imho.

    - Deckcodes: AAEBAZ8FApPQA/voAw7jBboTs7sC97wC9uwC2f4C3f4ClaYDysEDlc0Dns0DkeQDzOsD4+sDAA== (Handbuff)

    AAEBAQcE/wP6DpG8At6tAw0csAKoBdQFpAbuBvsPgrACiLAC3a0D6bAD/ucDpooEAA== (Pirate)

    - Shameless selfpromo: https://twitter.com/r3f__

    That's all I have for now.

    Have a nice day :)

    Make Grand Finale a Dual-Class Spell with Shaman.

    Posted: 13 May 2021 10:10 PM PDT

    Main Reason - I want to put it in my Shaman deck.

    Secondary Reason - It suits the Pure Elemental Aesthetic of the Shamanic class that resides within the popular card game known as Hearthstone, inspired off of the prior massively multiplayer online game known as World of Warcraft, that is also a descendent of the RTS game called Warcraft.

    Dumb Reason - Mages get trick totem as a dual-class for some dumb reason, so Shaman's should get Grand Finale.
