How Nozdormu feels after 500+ game without mirror

What has happened to this quest? Before changing to the Tavern pass I feel I would have got it about once every 2-3 weeks, it’s been about 2+ months and I haven’t seen it once. Why did Hearthstone lower the odds so much??

"Ben Brode is creating a new Hearthstone card." -- A neural network AI completes the setting (based on thousands of articles found online).

    Posted: 11 Jul 2021 03:36 AM PDT

Input: Ben Brode is creating a new Hearthstone card.

Output: While Blizzard has not yet stated exactly what card it is, but it sounds very big. It's large, very very big. Imagine that Fireball is a child and that child is the new C'Thun. Imagine those cards as a being about the size of the kids that explode during King of the Wing tournament. That's a real life analogy. But the real point is that the card is big.

It's not quite ready, so he's turning to a community team to help give the card a name. It has a category, slot and color. Here's everything we know so far.

According to the video description, the card will be called Destiny's Hounds. That name is completely incorrect, as there is no such thing as Destiny's Hounds.

There was much speculation on the internet that Brode was working on a one-drop minion that could potentially boost the power of any class's heroic power. It turns out he was indeed working on something like that, but it's not going to be a typical one-drop.

Brode did the following tweet to further explain why we're getting such a good card:

"Maybe it's nostalgia, but I always feel bad killing a Hero (or card, or my own card) in multiplayer games. I actually like it more than getting the kill. I love that it's a story-driven design."

    What could that card be?

A "zombie dragon." That's what Ben Brode told the assembled crowd at PAX East this weekend. Brode also touched on some details of the class, going into details about a new hero to join the ranks of the likes of the Innervated Rogue, the Priest of the Moon, and the Revered Demon.

"The class is called Dr. Boom and comes with an elemental theme."

Add a "Random" coin option, like there is a "Random" card back option.

I know not a lot of people have a cosmetic coin, but for the few that do it would be nice to add a simple option to randomize the coins every game.

    Question about Diamond Bru'kan Quest

    Posted: 11 Jul 2021 10:37 AM PDT

    Hey reddit,

The quest which rewards a Diamond Bru'kan for collecting 25 Forged in the Barrens Legendary cards, will this still be available after launch of new expansion in August OR is it limited to current expansion?

Short story , I am 24/25 and don't really see myself opening any more barren packs. The payoff to go for it is of course a Diamond Card + I can disenchant my non-diamond Bru'kan for 400 dust but it feels bad investing coins to open packs. Just came back 2.5months ago so I'm not sure how these quests work.

    Thanks in advance

Easiest match ups: Any control decks including priest
(Almost) Impossible match ups: face hunter, token druid, no minion mage

Some comments on the deck: Pack tactics setup for 5 mana taunt is very important. Slate+bola shot is great in any stage of the game, especially easy to find in late game after cycling through deck. Don't be afraid to use slate for tempo in aggro match ups. Nagrand slam is insane on an empty board, but sometimes it's better to play jewel if you're dying. The pool for 3 mana beasts is quite amazing actually, there are 3 poisonous hits, several deathrattles and big boy mukla. Careful with how you use your coin because sometimes you will afk through first 4 turns and on turns 6 and 7. For mulligan you want tracking, pack rider, 5 mana taunt, mankrik, basically everything proactive early. Kazakus is great, especially lifesteal helps a lot this deck. Usually you go for 5, but you can go for 10 too into priest if you have stuff to play. The deck is very fun, trust me. It went through many iterations, i think current one is optimal. You could adapt early game ofc if you want.
P.S. I have 3 unrecorded wins but who will believe that, right?
    Have fun!

Is the mini set worth buying if I already have all the cards?

    Posted: 11 Jul 2021 04:17 PM PDT

Title. I have all the cards unlocked for the mini set, and have 2300 gold currently. Is it worth buying to grab the extra dust or should I keep saving for the next set? Have a complete collection for standard and partially complete for wild.
