    This is part of a series of weekly threads aimed at both new and old players from the community. It is designed so that everybody may ask any and all questions regarding the game's mechanics, decks, strategies and more.

    Method to estimate total number of players in Rank Legend by Server

    Hello everyone.

    I am using data from HS Replay front page feed and estimating the total number of players at legend by server this month. That's how the progression seems to be. I think it is reasonably accurate but just started collecting data from day 8 this month.

    Hope you enjoy the data. It is nice to see how in the "dumpster" we are...

    I'm updating these numbers once or twice a day and you can see it in this spreadsheet:

    Who do we want to see as the next expansion’s pre-order hero?

    For me I'm a happy camper and have a lot of the heroes I'd like, but if I had to pick I'd want Varian for Warrior. Either Varian or a new Rogue hero.

    What would you guys like to see?

    EDIT: After thinking about it a while I remembered that someone on Team 5 (I think it was Ben Lee) said that the next Rogue hero would be "legendary". Seemed like an odd thing to say at the time (this was said about a year ago now), but seems like he was alluding to a Rogue legendary card becoming the next portrait. Perhaps it really is Edwin, especially now that he's rotated out of Standard? Lines up with an Alliance-themed expansion, especially if they go with the Deadmines as the mini-expansion.
