Fun Fact: The five new dragon aspect cards do not have enough attack damage between the 5 of them to take down a full health Galakrond, because of the 5 armor he gains. According to the lore, before his resurrection, they banded together to defeat him and were eventually successful in killing him.

This is the last expansion that we'll be able to play this guy in standard. Blizzard please consider moving this guy to classic. It only gives preview of new cards to players in relevant meta and can encourage them further for buying packs.

'twas the night before descent of dragons, the taverns energy shifted to madness, hear the dragons roar and expand their wings, as the tavern opens and the innkeeper sings.

deathwing preys and stalks on the weak, waxadred dies and melts at your feet, alexcstraza roars a breath of fire, ysera conjures your greatest desires.

pirates return with some powerful tools, treants are here to silence those fools, both tremble at the roar of the king, quivering in fear at galakronds shriek.

players everywhere unable to sleep, excitement building and reaching it's peak, the dragons clash with treacherous sounds, alas, everyone's playing battlegrounds.

As the title suggests I can't contain my excitement for tomorrow's release! I'm a f2p player that started on RoS. When SoU released I crafted whizbang and playfully enjoyed ladder with his random wonderful decks. Didn't buy a single pack with the ultimate goal to buy a large amount of packs in the next expansion so I can assemble more than one or two meta decks. I'm currently sitting on 8k gold. I hope I get lucky enough and I wish good luck to you all while you open packs by the hearth!

EDIT: Forgot to mention I collected 4.5k dust too!

Hey everyone, it's u/sageturk back with the 8th (!) and - sadly - final 'Twas poem. Hope you enjoy and many blessings to all the future expansion hype poets out there!

'Twas the night before dragons

descend from the sky

(And your last chance to pre-purchase

So get out and buy!)

Cause Blizzard needs money,

And what are you? Cheap?

This expansion has dragons

And mad power creep!

So get out your wallet,

Ignore 'Free Hong Kong'

Cause they're giving out

Copies of Big Galakrond!

And all your fav dragons

Will make an appearance,

So spend those fat hundos

It ain't goin' on clearance.

Look here it's Ysera!

The dragon of dreamers!

So no need to feel conflict,

Just check out the streamers!

See, They don't complain

(Or else they'd lose viewers) -

Hey look it's Elise,

And our Noble rescuers!

They're fighting Veranus,

The hunters new drag.

Hey wait... are they waving

A red Chinese flag?

Ignore that! Look here

It's custom mage spellcraft

New Malygos is awesome

To complain would be plain daft.

And remember those metas
