    Descent of Dragons Launches on December 10th, 2019

    Nothing is rotating out of standard with the release of Descent of Dragons

    New Keyword - Invoke - Invoking upgrades Galakrond (New Hero Cards) to stronger forms. Casting an Invoke card also grants an activation of Galakrond's Hero Power.

    New Mechanic - Sidequest - These work similarly to Quests, but don't start in your opening hand, and due to their lower rarity you can run two in a deck.

    New Lackey - Draconic Lackey - This uncollectible minion will be added to the current pool of Lackeys that can be generated.

    Don’t let streamers early access to the descent of dragons expansion

    On the previous expansions blizzard gave streamers access to the expansion ,2 weeks before it is released. If you feel that this is ruining the most exciting time of the expansion when everyone test decks and you want hearthstone team to stop it please upvote this post.

    streamers create fake "meta" from day 1, and we like to play vs different decks and not the same deck.

    I understand the point of marketing, but this approach is the worst one because it hurts a lot of players and the core of the community. Hearthstone team, please find different way for marketing since we really don't like this approach.

    They might not heard us as individuals but they must listen to the community!

    Cards like the new Nozdormu, Fateweaver and especially the dragon synergy "Breath" spells. The most powerful out of those seem to be the druid and shaman ones to me.

    I've played Hearthstone for so long I can't even remember when I started. It was pre-nax that's all I remember. I used to preorder every expansion, after a while I'd only preorder if i was particually excited about it. Then I stopped entirely. This was mostly because I just couldn't justify how much I'd already pumped in to the game let alone blowing ~£50+ each time. However I still really do fancy preordering sometimes and honestly if they gave an option to pay far less than the others to get even a slightly decent bonus it would be so great. tI'm sure the last few expansions have only had ~£50 and ~£75 options and frankly that's just so much money. I can't do that. Please let me give you money blizzard, just not that much money.
