My Prince Liam created a Prince Gallywix with which I gained a Gang Up with which I shuffled three Conjured Mirages into my deck, and my opponent's deck is 18 Conjured Mirages, and he has only 9 damage on the board so he can't kill the one I play per turn. :(
- My wife got me this awesome cookbook for christmas! Finally made my first dish. Durotar Warrior Pie!
- I stole The Lich King's weapon with Kobold stickyfinger and he still was immune and started skipping turns.
[Week 290] Tavern Brawl end-of-week discussion (with Strawpoll!) Posted: 05 Jan 2021 11:00 PM PST Strawpoll here: https://www.strawpoll.me/42393959 Hello r/hearthstone, 290th Brawl comes to an end, so let's have a discussion about it. This weeks Tavern Brawl was a repeat of A New Year Bash, where you co-op with your opponent with pre-made decks. At the start you both need to press hero power until you summon Boss with 85 hp. You both have to defeat a Boss in order to win the game and while you do that, you are fighting with good ol' Party Crashers that spawn every turn with a cap of 2 on each side. Did you enjoy it? Why or why not? Any memorable moments? Would you like to see a similar brawls in the future? Discuss below. 5 previous threads | strawpolls: [link] [comments]

Tavern Brawl this week is ... "Visions of Sayge" (Jan. 6, 2021) Posted: 06 Jan 2021 10:08 AM PST Description: "Sayge needs help divining your future. Each turn choose one of two powerful cards to add to your hand. But choose carefully -- your opponent gets the other card!" BTW based on the format's name, you might be reminded of the Mage legendary [[Sayge, Seer of Darkmoon]] but his Battlecry works differently. The Brawl's gimmick works more like another recent legendary, Griftah, as u/gredman9 pointed out. Format: Randomized / pick a class. Reward: one Classic pack for your first win History: This is the first time we've seen this format. Good going Team 5, good way to start off the new year O:-) Good luck and have fun! EDIT TO ADD: As u/MstrPoptart notes, from one turn to the next, you effectively gain three cards minimum: one through the Brawl's gimmick on your turn, one from the gimmick on your opponent's turn, and also your regular draw. Unless you pick and use heaps of low-mana cards -- and so far it seems that only Hunter has a decent chance at this -- your hand will fill up pretty quickly, and you'll miss out on the cards you picked AND start burning your regular draw. Darkmoon Faire cards you're surprised turned out stronger/weaker than you anticipated? Posted: 06 Jan 2021 10:50 AM PST I was wondering what cards people find are way off the power level they initially assumed. For me it's Rigged Faire Game - I thought it was going to be the weakest secret since Mana Bind, but it's surprisingly good, especially against slower classes. [link] [comments]
