- Deathwing is the most powerful hero in all regions at all levels outside the very, very top rated players. We're playtesting him internally at +2 attack and will likely nerf him to that soon (tm).
- Blizzard it's time to make Lord Jaraxxus a hero card. The health restrictions and inconsistent coding (Sacrificial Pact can kill Jaraxxus as he is a demon, however Mal Ganis will not give Jaraxxus +2/+2 even though he gives other demons the same perk) means this amazing card barely sees any play.

- Fuck this matchmaking bug. It plays the "opponent found" sound but keeps spinning. Buly the time you close and reopen the app, you're 2-3 rounds behind with a hero you didn't choose.
Streamer Sundays Weekly Discussion Posted: 07 Mar 2020 04:09 PM PST Do you enjoy watching streamers? Do you wish there was an easier way to find new up-and-coming streamers beyond the well-known, established Twitch goliaths? Do you have a stream yourself? Are you looking to get exposure but not sure how given how Twitch displays streams and how one-shot stream promotion posts on Reddit tend to get ignored? Is anyone still reading these questions? This thread is for you! If you are a streamer or know of a cool, lesser-known (read: doesn't regularly pull in 1K+ viewers) streamer feel free to post the URL and a short, informative pitch about why you feel others would be interested to watch it. Why should someone watch your suggested stream rather than one of the hundreds of other streams out there? The next great streamer might be just one comment away. Enjoy! Note: I am a bot. Are you guys serious about unnerfing Yogg? Posted: 08 Mar 2020 03:17 PM PDT This week has been so weird. The announcement of nerf reverts has really got me excited but for the life of me I can't imagine why people are rooting for yogg to get his original interactions back. For new players, yogg in his original state kept casting spells even after he was removed from the board. So if you cast 10 spells in the game, you get 10 random spells cast from yogg guaranteed. This concept was never overpowered it was just annoying. Even in wild with all the mana cheat, otk, mage taking 3 turns... having a panic button card that you can slap when your losing is just stupid. For everyone saying "but you gotta build a deck around it" no you don't, does your deck discover or generate spells? Come on innn... A one card panic button is not fun to play against. Wild doesn't have much interaction as it is, give certain control decks yogg and it can become frustrating to lose against. Imagine playing against quest mage, pulling their Vargoth with dirty rat only to lose to yogg. For those thinking it won't be competitive remember why they nerfed it in the first place, games in hearthstones competitive scene was being decided by yogg... it's not the randomness it's that fact that it's a panic button. Weekly Report #45 – Top Legend Decks (Standard and Wild) | Galakrond’s Awakening Posted: 08 Mar 2020 02:06 PM PDT Welcome to my Weekly Report #45. This is a format where I feature all Decks of this week, and also news of the week. This week we featured over 100 Decks and 8 news articles. Galakrond is still very dominated in Standard, but Decks like Embiggen Druid and Dragon Hunter can also be seen a lot. Only a few played successful Mage, Paladin, Priest, and Warlock on High Legend this week. I don't saw a player posting a Shaman Deck, how many did you saw on the ladder and at what rank? I wish you a lot of fun with this week's report, I am interested to know what you think about the decks this week and the news - are you hyped for the year of the Phoenix? How to use Deck codes

I created a Python Script to see your opponent's battle tag Posted: 08 Mar 2020 06:51 AM PDT I took inspiration from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/8yf6ei/easy_way_to_chat_with_your_opponent_during_a_match/ This old process no longer works, since they changed one of the variables. Below is the code I've written in Python to print out your opponent's username once you are in a match. You can always manually open C:\Program Files\Blizzard\Hearthstone\Logs\Power.log and search for your opponent's name near the bottom on the file to see their battletag. This program only reads a log file, and does not change anything, so I believe it doesn't go against the HS ToS [link] [comments]

Just a reminder about crafting & pack buying Posted: 08 Mar 2020 12:42 PM PDT There has been confirmations that this year Hearthstone will be more f2p friendly so if there is even a sleight chance of change in dust/gold economy this year you should not buy packs yet or craft anything but wait for announcements. Also there will be Hall of Fame announcements nearly this time, so save the dust for it. [link] [comments]
