    Descent of Dragons Launches on December 10th, 2019

    Nothing is rotating out of standard with the release of Descent of Dragons

    New Keyword - Invoke - Invoking upgrades Galakrond (New Hero Cards) to stronger forms. Casting an Invoke card also grants an activation of Galakrond's Hero Power.

    New Mechanic - Sidequest - These work similarly to Quests, but don't start in your opening hand, and due to their lower rarity you can run two in a deck.

    New Lackey - Draconic Lackey - This uncollectible minion will be added to the current pool of Lackeys that can be generated.

    Try Watching Twitch Streamers With Zero Current Viewers

    So I started the practice of scrolling all the way to the bottom of the Hearthstone Twitch streamers, finding the lowest stream with a decent webcam on their stream (many zero viewer streamers don't bother putting a webcam on their feed) and tuning in. Sometimes the players aren't talking at all and just listening to music, but once they see they have a viewer they start to come alive. It's a cool feeling to be the one person that makes their day by watching and interacting with them on their stream.

    Pay 3 for a forced discovery, with only 3 cards.

    So it's kinda like a backwards 1 coin discount on a roll+purchase...but if I roll I am not forced to take something and I get more choices as I level up.

    The card should be ZERO cost and if I buy something it should cost 3. And I shouldn't have to buy something. But this is not good.

    I'm not really experiencing any visible slowness or lag, yet my turns on mobile seem to go by MUCH faster than when I play on desktop. Am I crazy?

    With all the people playing battlegrounds i wonder: how Is blizz going to monetize this?

    Considering that More people playing BG means less people playing regular HS, and less interest to buy more packs, adventures and Hero skins, i Guess blizz Will need to monetize the BG mode.

    In this line of thought, autochess Games regularly makes you pay for new boards. I Guess HS will make you pay to have the boards representing every expansion.

    Also, it could be interesting to have adventures in the battlegrounds style, and pay for it...but that would require, maybe, to separate BG from the rest of the game (like fortnite that Lets you choose between creative, save the World and battleroyale at the beginning)
