    6 More Off Meta Decks to Try in Standard

    Hey Everyone! I am Rarran and I have been playing a lot of off meta decks on the standard ladder.

    Disclaimer: Most of these decks are not optimal or not gonna be the best deck to climb. This is to help people who want to try other decks to play that can win games in legend ranks.

    I will be using a rating system to help showcase the strength of the deck. 1 being the bad and 4 being great.

    This deck is a pretty whacky one, you use blood herald and a lot of token minions to raise the stats of the card, then with hopefully a discounted Silas OTK package, you rush the blood herald into the Soulbound Ashtongue with the broom.

    Pretty much delete warlock but with some cool cards, Dungar seemed to be a pretty good fit for the deck, as the 10 health can help a lot through the midgame. As you can imagine the win condition is deleting your deck and then playing Neeru. This deck is really fun and imo the most fun deck in standard.

    Basically a midrange deck for druid, getting a lot of value from Greybough and Plaguemaw can be a great time but usually your win condition is just fighting for board.

    A Different take on mage that can actually represent a threat against a lot of decks in the format. Hunter is an auto loss. Your win condition is fighting for board and making sure you do not take too much damage, use burn at your opponent and try to discover Aegwynn from studies.

    This is the best deck on this list. You can actually beat every deck in the format. Fight for the board aggressively in the early game and using your clears, like landslide. Out living aggro is one win condition, vs slower decks you wanna use alakir and nightmare otk combo.

    Okay, I know what youre thinking, and yes this is the best deck my brain has come up with. You can clear board for days but the win condition is something else. You wanna use Free Admission and hope to discount one Moarg, use Felosophy to copy it and use the Silas otk to kill them. You also have jaraxxus. Please try this deck.

    Inconsistency in Classic mode - Why is Harvest Golem a Mech?

    I was just playing some rounds of Classic and realized that Harvest Golem is considered a Mech. Though if I remember correctly the Mech Tag was onöy introduced with GvG and Harvest Golem was retroactively given the tag.

    Obviously it's not a big deal because with the absence of the Mech tribe there wasn't any synergy to go with it either and I don't believe there is any Menagerie synergy either. But spell schools don't have any synergy in classic either and they are absent in classic.
