    [Speculation] WoW may be changing their free trial level, which could affect Lady Liadrin's availability.

    As you may know, Lady Liadrin is a Paladin skin you can get by playing World of Warcraft up to level 20. WoW is a subscription based game where you pay 15 dollars a month to play the game. Levels 1-20 are free to play for all accounts, meaning you don't have to buy any playtime to try out the game.

    However, WoW is squishing down their levels. They currently have 120 levels, which can be daunting. They are lowering the level cap to 60 and making a new starter zone for players at level 1-10.

    The World of Warcraft level squish happens on October 13th. As far as Hearthstone is concerned, Blizzard has not stated if Starter Edition accounts will change their level maximum. Players are speculating that the level maximum is going to be lowered to 10. If players get capped at level 10, Blizzard would have to remember to change their achievement to level 10 or else you can only get the skin by spending $15 USD to keep playing. I don't think this would be intentional, it would just be a result of an old achievement not being updated.

    Considering that we genuinely do not know what is happening yet, I thought I should make this post now in the hopes Blizzard replies or at least some people are reminded to get the skin. I want to make it clear that we do not know if the free trial will change or not, and if it does change they might lower the requirement. It's also possible that literally nothing changes and you can still get the skin like normal. But if you want to be safe, I would do it before things change.

    TL;DR: On October 13th, WoW is cutting their levels in half. If they choose to also lower the free trial availability, they also need to change the achievement requirement to the new level. If you can, get the skin before the 13th because its very possible something could change to make it difficult to get.

    Has Blizzard ever actually made a statement as to why they don't just offer existing characters from other modes as additional Portraits for us to purchase?

    A number of characters from the dungeon runs and stuff literally all have unique voice lines and the appropriate amount of Emotes.

    FAQ

    • Is this a meta Report?
      • No, at least not a classical one. We feature Decks that were played in Top 500 Legend. These reports will highlight maybe 80% of the current meta; some decks might be featured disproportionately.
    • I faced this one deck so often; why isn't it featured?
      • The decks you face can change daily and also dependent on your rank. Some decks, mainly aggressive ones, might be good at lower ranks, but not at Legend.
    • How many games were played with the featured Decks?
      • Most decks featured will have at least ten games played. Many players include the score in the featured tweet, so check it out. Sadly not everyone includes their score, but only a tiny part of the featured decks should have below five games played.
    • I saw Streamer a play a certain Deck at high Legend; why isn't it featured?
      • We only feature Decks that were posted on Twitter. Not only would it take too much time to check every stream, but some streamers might not share their decks since they are just testing things, or it's not their original deck.
    • Can I submit a Deck myself?
      • Yes, you can! Please use our Form to submit Decks that were played in Top 500 Legend with a rank screenshot for proof (and the score, if possible).
    • Why is the same Deck featured multiple times by different players?
      • These Decks are not filtered in any way, except that they need to be Top 500 Legend. For this reason, sometimes we feature the same Deck twice. It's very likely that this Deck is decent or at least extensively played.

    If you could start over how would you build your deck?

    Hello! I'm new to Hearthstone but since I started playing a few days ago I've really gotten into it! My question is with everything you know about the game now, if you were to start over how would you go about it? Are certain classes better at the lower levels? Should I focus on solo play or pvp? What are the best type of packs to get? Stuff like that!

    Speaking of packs to buy how much would you say I'd need to spend to get a strong deck? What type of packs are the best? Thanks for the help and I hope to play against some of you one day!

    I feel like I must be getting close to triggering the 40 pack limit to get a legendary but I still never seem to. I must be on 39 now, at least that's what it feels like. Is there a way to track how many packs you have opened like using hs replay or another add on?

    Same amount of points from placements 1-3?

    So when I get first place, I get 300 points. And when I get position 2 I also get 300 points. And at third position I get about 298 points instead.

    Or does this keep changing the higher you climb? Otherwise it doesn't make much sense to me, as I could just concede when I'm in position 3 and move onto the next game, as the 2 point difference matters little to me.
