    Hey Folks,

     

    We owe you all an update on compensation, so here it is! Recently, we encountered some tough issues during the 15.6 patch, along with the Brawliseum Tavern Brawl having to be disabled due to some major gameplay issues. To say "Thank You!" for bearing with us, we are granting the following rewards to those affected tomorrow, Nov. 26:

     

    • 15.6 Patch Issues: 3 Saviors of Uldum Card Packs
      • Note: This will be granted to players who downloaded 15.6 between Nov. 5 - 11
    • Brawliseum - Battle of the Bans Issues: 300 Gold
      • Note: This will be granted to any player that had an active Brawliseum run when the issues occurred

    Am I the only one who thinks these two demon fellas look too similar? Every other minion feels so unique, that it pops right in your face, if you are looking for it, when you reroll. For me these two always need a second look.

    Could we not animate poison unless it affects the outcome of a trade?

    Poison animations are very long and often do not have any impact on the outcome of a trade because the remaining health of a token is zero or lower. To eliminate the animation overhead, it shouldn't be necessary to resolve poison in such situations where it has no bearing on the outcome.

    Like all the other communities with a main game and an auto battler (lol, Dota) HS and BG as totally different things and even though a lot of people play both some play only 1 and are interested in seeing only that

    I can't believe the Battlegrounds timing scheme made it past a design meeting, let alone alpha testing.

    Battlegrounds is really good content, but it has such a massive plot hole gaping omission that I can't believe it ever saw the light of day in it's current incarnation.

    The fact that some people get more time than others to make decisions in the tavern makes for an incredibly uneven playing field. Sometimes on a late round turn, I've had as little as 20 seconds to spend 10 mana, sell a few minions, make a triple, etc. I often end turns with gold to spare and no time 'wasted' on my part. Meanwhile, other players have had far more time on that particular round due to the way things work out.

    Just like we wait at the beginning of the game for everyone to be ready, the same thing should happen for the start of every round. The previous round ends when the last pairing completes their battle. From there everyone gets the same time - I can see lower round timers for the first few rounds and ramping up as people will need time to make 3-4 actions but as long as everyone has the same amount of time to perform their actions, the actual timing is irrelevant.

    If this setup leads to overly long matches, the solution would be to speed up combat. The background combat calculations should only take seconds, the engine should be able to figure out which battles will have the most interaction (deathrattles/summons) well enough to speed up animations for those matches slightly.

    Sometimes there are just 2 awesome decks which one of them kicked you out and I really want to see that ending. Is this something possible to add without messing up with the game too much? Please, I would love that option!
